BA in Languages and History of Art , works in the Meeting area since 1986. Having organized more than 300 congresses and events over the past thirty years, Beatriz Lemgruber is now making effective use of all this experience through directing her own events company: Método Eventos.  Her impressive track-record includes some of the largest conferences ever held in Brazil, including Rio-92, IX World Psychiatry Congress (1993), XIII World Cardiology Congress (1998), XVII World Petroleum Congress (2002), 18th International Investment Funds Conference (2004),  IPA 2005 - International Psychoanalytical Association Conference, XI World Congress of  Public Health for 9.600 participants (2006); 81st National Meeting of Construction Industry (2009): IX Brazilian Public Heath for 6500 participants and 8500 abstracts received in November 2009 and the World Conference on Social Determinants of Health with the presense of 121 countries  participants and 54 Health Ministers

She was President of ABEOC-RJ (Brazilian Association for PCOs) from 2008-2009.

She is part of the Board of Rio Convention & Vistors Bureau and in 2011 received the prize "Joana Palhares" for contribution for Rio de Janeiro Tourism.
